POSITION: SENIOR RISK & COMPLIANCE

Number of Positions: 1

Employment Type: Full-time (subject to probation period)

Reporting To: Head of Internal Audit & Compliance

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, Economics or related field

Experience Requirements: Minimum three (3) years in MFIs or SACCO as Auditor or accountant

Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision and guidance of the Head of internal audit &compliance and Drafts the risk management reports ensuring that major risks are identified and reported including measures and recommendations with Educating staff on compliance issues.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports; compliance with regulations

Required Skills, Competencies & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting standards and Auditing; proficiency in Core Banking Systems and MS Office; high integrity and attention to detail

Added Advantage: Added Advantage: CPA, ACCA, CAT, CMP or equivalent certification
