Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with large wholesalers of beverages, beer and snacks in Kigali and surrounding areas.
- Responsible for the whole process of order follow-up, inventory coordination and account period management to ensure smooth supply.
- Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to complete the monthly and quarterly wholesale sales targets.
- Collect market feedback, competitor dynamics and customer needs, and provide effective suggestions for company product adjustment and business expansion.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of wholesale supply sales experience in the beverage, beer or snacks industry, with proven successful cases of cooperating with large wholesalers.
- Familiar with Kigali's local wholesale market channels (such as Kimironko Market) and have certain existing customer resources preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and market development ability, able to independently develop new customers.
- Proficient in using Excel for sales data statistics and report making; fluent in English and Kinyarwanda is a plus.
- Proactive, result-oriented, able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent business trips in the region.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary + high performance bonus have welfare of 18 days annual leave after working one year.
High-performance commission: 3%-5% of the sales volume, with no upper limit.
Additional benefits: Transportation subsidy, quarterly performance bonus, annual travel allowance and social insurance in accordance with Rwandan labor laws.
Clear promotion path: Sales Supervisor → Regional Sales Manager.
