Job Responsibilities

  • Identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find adequate solutions for their problems.
  • Manage all social services supplies and equipment in the institution.
  • Provide monthly reports on social activities to their direct supervisor.
  • Advocate for helping clients to access resources that improve their well-being.
  • Coordinate the activities of sponsors in wards.
  • Educate patients individually or in groups for behavior change.
  • Educate patients and their close relatives on managing the patient’s condition and its consequences.
  • Identify psychosocial cases and work with them to find appropriate solutions.
  • Manage all departmental supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and coordinate International Patients’ Day.
  • Organize and manage support packages to help patients lead fulfilling lives.
  • Organize the social reintegration of abandoned and invalid patients (home visits).
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and sponsors.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
