TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: SOFTWARE AND SERVICES FOR POSTGRESQL DATABASE INVITATION TO TENDER No 21/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/05/04/2023

Bank of Kigali Plc is looking for a local, regional or an international company to provide support, software and services for PostgreSQL Database. BK Plc hereby invites eligible bidders to tender for the above mentioned services.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 14/04/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Interested bidders should be EDB approved partners.

Bid submission with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 27/04/2023 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted online on a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs for local companies or USD for foreign companies. The price should include all applicable local taxes and all costs related to the project. Provide cost breakdown, project implementation plan, warranty from the vendor, a team dedicated to the assignment and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References.
