JOB DETAILS:

Department: High School (Grades 9–12)

Job Summary

The SEN Educator provides specialized educational support for students with diverse learning needs, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure inclusive education and student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess students requiring learning support.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
• Provide individualized and small-group interventions.
• Support classroom teachers in implementing inclusive practices.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and external specialists.
• Maintain confidential student records.
• Promote an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education or Inclusive Education.
• Teaching qualification.
• Relevant years' experience supporting learners with diverse educational needs.
