Job Description

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient inventory management, supervising staff, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring that products are stored safely and distributed properly to support business operations.

• Manage and oversee daily store operations.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of stock in the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Monitor stock movement and report shortages or damages.
• Prepare and issue materials or products according to approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well organized.
• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales departments regarding stock needs.
• Prepare periodic inventory and store management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

• Management

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
