As Strategic Education Advisor, Gender & Equity  for the African Centre for School Leadership you contribute to the ambition and values of VVOB in Rwanda by being the key person on the interlinkage between gender and equity on the one hand, and school leadership and continuous professional development (CPD) in Africa, on the other hand.

You provide technical and strategic advice and guidance on the domain of gender & equity to the African Centre for School Leadership and its regional partners.
