Supply Of Live Cows and Goats tender at Direct aid
BID ANNOUNCEMENT
Direct aid is an international NGO established in Kuwait in 1981 providing humanitarian Services more than 30 countries in Africa. It is contributing in alleviating poverty, diseases, illiteracy and by focusing on food security, education, health and social area of operation.
Direct Aid- Rwanda office plans to buy and distribute breeding animals to the vulnerable families in some districts in Rwanda.
And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance to the Instruction to Bidders and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:

Cows (GIRINKA PROGRAM) |
l Be healthy; l Be between 24 and 30 months old; l Be a crossbreed of Jersay or Friesian and have at least 50% exotic blood; l Have good body condition and weight (230 kg minimum for Jersey and 280 kg for Friesian; l Be visibly pregnant if applicable; l Have no visible defects; l Be easy to handle; l Show signs of good health and no contagious diseases. |

Goats ( ihene zo Korora) |
l All the goats that will be supplied should be of female local breed and ready for mating. l All goats should be in a good health condition (good quality, strong, vaccinated, insured and tested as requested by competent authority |
- The prices should be per each animal.
- Eligible documents: - Valid business license (G.C 2025), VAT and tax clearance certificate (for most recent tax period).
- Delivery: - the winner will be responsible to deliver cows and Goats to different place of program implementation.ie,
- 1.Bugesera districts
- 2. Kamonyi district
- 3.Gatsibo district
Bid submission deadline: 21/08/2025 at 15:00 pm
Sealed bids must be submitted in the locked box arranged for the purpose at the Direct Aid Head office in Kiyovu, KN16/13, near Nobilis Hotel.
No bids will be accepted after the specified closing time.
Bids will be opened on 22/08/2025 at 10:30 am
