Supply Of Pigs and Chickens Tender at INADES-Formation Rwanda

1. INADES-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter referred to as "Client") is currently implementing a project entitled: " Project to strengthen the socio-economic capacities of Rwandan women through family farming and community microfinance for sustainable development, Phase II " under the financial support of the Basque Government (Spain) via ALBOAN. 

The client wishes to use a portion of the funds from this project to purchase pigs and chickens, which will be distributed to the project beneficiaries. These animals will provide manure to increase agricultural production and improve their diet by increasing their animal protein intake, thereby combating malnutrition-related illnesses. Eligible payments will be made under the terms of the contract for which this tender document is issued. 

2. Under this project, INADES-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the “Supply of pigs and chickens in the districts of HUYE; NYARUGURU; NYAMAGABE; BUGESERA; NGOMA and RWAMAGANA”. 

3. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) document written in French can be obtained from the Inades-Formation Rwanda office located in Remera, Gasabo District, behind the Remera Bus Station, about 1km from Kigali International Airport, very close to the “Christus Centre”; upon presentation of a non-refundable payment slip of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 FRW) to account No.  00040-00002903-26 of INADES-Formation Rwanda, opened at the Bank of Kigali (BK). 

4. The Tender Document (TD) can be obtained every working day, from April 15, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

6. Bids, properly printed, correctly bound, and submitted in duplicate, including one original, must be submitted to the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat no later than  2:00 PM on April 27, 2026. An electronic copy must also be sent to the email address  inadesformation.rwanda@inadesfo.net . Bids received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened. 

7. The bids will be opened on April 27, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. 

8. The outer envelope must clearly indicate the title of the tender, the name of the bidder and their email address for notification purposes.
