We are looking for a self-motivated, qualified individual with the right attitude and a passion for innovation to join our young and energetic team in the position of Supply Planner.

Department: Supply Chain & Local Procurement

Contract terms: Open-ended Contract

Reports to: Sales & Operations Planning Lead

Location: Kigali, Rwanda

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability by developing and managing supply plans that align production, procurement, and inventory with customer demand. This role plays a critical part in balancing service level targets with cost efficiency, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, and supporting the company's overall supply chain performance.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure comprehensive management of inventory and support production of finished products to meet customer requirements. Track business inventory KPI’s – OOS, OTIF, FA, inventory days of stock. Provide support around forecasting, risk management, continuous improvement of supply chain processes, Manage and improve internal and external stakeholder relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business or any other related field. 2 – 4 years working experience in supply chain operations, planning, procurement, logistics. Experience using ERP, MRP systems, SAP preferably. Excellent MS Excel skills.
