ADDENDUM N^o 1

TENDER REFERENCE: 034/G/ICB/2022/2023/RMS Ltd

TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENTS AND INSTRUMENTS FOR CHUS.

The Rwanda Medical Supply Limited would like to notify suppliers the following amendments regarding the aforementioned tender

After the publication of the tender mentioned above it was noted that there is amendment needed to the schedule of tender opening, equipment that need site visit, clarifications on incoterms, more specification on Air compressor, and the status of the lots in the tender.

Due to the above clarification that were needed, the deadline for bids submission is extended up to 22^nd December 2022 at 10:00am and the public opening session is scheduled to take place at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will not be accepted

The details of this addendum may be obtained at RMS head office in working days from 7:00 am to 5 pm.
