Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Umwalimu SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO-GASABO-KIGALI; Street No: KG 205 ST on any working day with effect from 11/10/2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (FRW10,000) on account No.010-5008448- 01- 86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I&M Bank.

Interested companies are invited to a compulsory joint visit of the site where the clean agent will be installed in order to determine the required materials. The joint visit will take place on 21/10/2022 at Head office from 10:00 AM. The bid of a company that did not participate in the joint visit will not be accepted.

A well-detailed bid containing one original copy and two other copies with a mention of the outer envelope “Supply of Clean Agent Fire Suppression and testing of the existing one” shall be presented to the secretariat of Umwalimu SACCO at Head office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Director General of Umwalimu SACCO, P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI, not later than 31/10/2022 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in the Umwalimu SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
