Supply of the Dough Mixer Machine – 60 Liters Capacity and Three Hundred (300) Meters of Waterproof Mattress Covers (Polyurethane) Tender at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda hereby invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of the
following items:

1. One (1) Dough Mixer Machine – 60 Liters capacity(Lot 1)
2. Three Hundred (300) meters of Waterproof Mattress Covers (Polyurethane)(Lot 2)

Suppliers are requested to clearly indicate the following in their quotations:

• Reasonable unit price and total price in Rwf VAT included
• Delivery period (soonest possible delivery to be clearly stated)
• Warranty period(Lot 1)
• Confirmation of whether the items are available in ready stock

Please note that suppliers who indicate availability of ready stock may be visited for a quality inspection prior to award.

All quotations must be submitted no later than Wednesday, 20th February 2026 at 11:00 am Submission will be sent electronically to procurement@kfhkigali.com and copy to richard.uwimana@kfhkigali.com

King Faisal Hospital Rwanda reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and is not obligated to accept the lowest offer.
