- The supplier is requested to submit his/her offer which includes clear and complete technical specifications of proposed items (this will be the basis for technical evaluation against specifications provided) and quotation for unit price and total price for the item.
- The offer must be in PDF and the price must be in RWF and VAT excluded.
- Delivery Place: Kigali Rwanda, Kacyiru, GIZ office- KG 546 Street 1, Golden Plaza.
- Delivery period: Please indicate your shortest delivery period.
- Payment conditions: up to 10 days after delivery and invoicing.

Your offer should be valid for 60 days and should contain the following:

- RDB registration certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- Valid Tax clearance certificate
- Two (2) Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed in the last 5 years.
