Tender For The Supply Of Promotional Materials
TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 41/G/NCB/23/KFH
The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by ïts ordinary budget, towards the cost of the supply of promotional materials to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.
The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of promotional materials and Provision of Video Coverage Services to King Faisal Hospital Rwanda as indicated in detail in the following Lots stated in under tender documents:-
• Supply Of Promotional materials
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali per each Lot.
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 50,000 Rwf per each Lot duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
