King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) invites interested eligible bidders to submit their bids for the provision of maintenance services of fire extinguishers, fire alarms, smoke detectors and supply of fire extinguishers to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements.

1. Tender documents in English may be requested by email at “procurement@kfhkigali.com” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee equivalent to ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) to account number 00289-06969456-38 opened at the bank of Kigali.
2. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a Bid Security of one million Rwanda Francs (1,000,000Rwf). The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty (30) days after the bid validity period.
3. There shall be a compulsory site visit at the hospital premises on the 4^th of August 2023 at 10:00 am.
4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed by email  “procurement@kfhkigali.com”
5. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Procurement Unit at the address mentioned below no later than August 10^th, 2023 at 2:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on August 10^th, 2023 at 3:00 pm local time prompt Board room. 
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the company name, tender name and title of the tender.
