THE BIDDER SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:
- A copy of trading License, issued by RDB
- A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past.
- Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA),
- A copy of Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB,
- Having a proof of available financial means for this tender or having a valid contract of Credit line equivalent to the proposed tender value on both LOT 1 and LOT 2
- Delivery period must be provided in each offer submitted by the bidder. However, the bidder must have a capacity to supply all specified materials in a period not exceeding three (3) days after receiving the purchase order.
Note: The bidder is allowed to apply on all lots or on one or two lots
Bids must be submitted not later than Friday, November ,17, 2023 at 10:00AM DUHAMIC ADRI head office located in Kigali/ Kicukiro Niboye. The public opening is scheduled on the same day at 10:30AM. For further details or clarifications, please reach out via email at procurement@duhamic.org.rw.
