1. The Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd(hereinafter called “Client”) has a Budget, hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in the tractors maintenance and vehicles to submit their offers for the tender for providing maintenance services for Demo Tractors, Implements and spare parts in GAH Ltd 2025/2026
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
3. The GAH LTD now solicits proposals to provide the following consulting services: providing maintenance services for Demo Tractors, Implements and spare parts in GAH Ltd 2025/2026; more details on the goods are provided in the tender document;

1. Tender Document will be in English and may be obtained on any working day and during working hours from Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd (GAH Ltd) Head Office upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Rwf) paid to the account No. 100084141687 of GABIRO HUB REVENUE opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

1. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd, through the email of info@gah.rwnot later than Seven days before the above mentioned deadline for the submission of bid

1. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach, in sealed envelopes to the reception desk of GAH Ltd Office located at GAH Ltd DEMO FARM & DAIRY @Karushuga, Rwimiyaga, Nyagatare., not later than November, 27/11/2025 at 12:00PM. Electronic bidding shall not be allowed. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

1. Well prepared bids should be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at GAH Ltd Office, on 27/11/2025 at 01:00PM.
2. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned above.
3. Bids will be opened and governed by the internal procurement policy and procedure manuals approved by the GAH Ltd.
