Job responsibilities

Prepare financial reports as required;

Prepare annual budgets ;

Undertake bookkeeping of expenses;

Undertake monthly bank reconciliations;

Keep the accounts of the school and balance sheets in accordance with policies and guidelines;

Ensure accounts are prepared for audit at the end of the year;

Maintain cash flow projections for the current and future years;

Oversee the payment of all invoices;

Keep analysis of costs and other statistical records;

Manage all bank accounts;

Filing of annual accounts;

Prepare income-generating projects for the school;

Manage contractual staff of the school;

Prepare and dispatch letters;

Take care of school assets like furniture, buildings, land, and others

Receive and guide school visitors;

Organize and file minutes of School Administration meeting, staff meeting, SGAC meeting, School General Assembly and other stakeholders’ meetings;

And any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

  • 0 Year of relevant experience

2.Bachelor’s Degree in Finance

  • 0 Year of relevant experience
