The ideal candidate will support the legal framework of the institution through research, legal analysis, contract negotiation, and litigation support.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (required)
  • Diploma in Legal Practice or Legal Drafting (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and maintain records of laws and jurisprudence related to complaints relevant to the institution
  • Analyze legal files for compliance with current laws

  • Draft contracts and ensure proper documentation and execution
  • Represent the institution in court when required
  • Advise on legal compliance for internal policies and all institutional documents
  • Collaborate with parliamentary commissions and government institutions like the Office of the Attorney General
  • Review, propose amendments, and initiate new legal instruments as necessary
  • Carry out legal research and provide practical recommendations
  • Draft legislative instruments (laws, MoUs, regulations)
  • Maintain communication and coordination with the Ministry of Justice and other related bodies
  • Monitor contract implementation to ensure proper closure or renewal

Examinations to Be Conducted

Applicants will be required to undergo the following assessments:

  1. Psychometric Test (assessing: critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, time management, and analytical skills)
  2. Written Examination
  3. Oral Interview
