INVITATION TO TENDER

RE: PROVISION OF PROPERTY VALUATION SERVICES

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”) is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading Financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

Interested and licensed Assets Valuation Companies/individuals are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Headquarters not later than 27^th June 2025 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Senior Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time in BPR PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents for both tenders can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from 20^th June 2025, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rwf 10,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. 400378672710199.
