Expression of Interest (EOI) Procurement of Interactive Display Equipment Tender at GIZ
Introduction
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is a federally owned international cooperation enterprise for sustainable development with worldwide operations. The GIZ Office in Kigali covers GIZ’s portfolio in Rwanda and Burundi. GIZ Rwanda/Burundi implements projects on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the European Union and other commissioning authorities in the following priority areas: Sustainable Economic Development; Good Governance; Climate, Energy and Sustainable Urban Development; Digitalization and Digital Economy; and regional projects in the Great Lakes Region.
Background and Objective
MINICT plans to outfit its key spaces (boardroom, Delivery Unit office, and staff room) with interactive digital display infrastructure to improve collaboration, communication, and digital facilitation capacity.

- Delivery period: Please indicate your shortest delivery period.
- Payment conditions: up to 10 days after delivery and invoicing.
Installation notes:
- All Rooms: TV Wall Cladding Plus Mounting Brackets (3 sets)
- All Rooms: Cabling and Connectors (HDMI, power, data) concealed
- All Rooms: Delivery, Installation & Setup, including testing
- All Rooms: Warranty & Support Minimum 1 year, 2 preferred
Delivery Timelines
- Site Visits: To be scheduled with MINICT ICT
- Training: Brief handover and user orientation session
