Notice for Installation of Greenhouse (Re-advertised) Tender at Sabyinyo Community Livelihood Association (SACOLA)

Sabyinyo Community Livelihood Association (SACOLA), in partnership with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF), is implementing the project titled 'Empowering Youth for Climate-Resilient Conservation and Sustainable Livelihoods in Rwanda.' The project aims to promote the adoption of nature-based solutions, including greenhouse installation and valorization for the first year growing season by potatoes sandponic, to enhance both environmental resilience and community livelihoods. 

SACOLA wishes to announce a tender for supply and installation of greenhouse with its valorization to support vulnerable families located in Volcanoes Landscape region. The Services required are described in detail in the Statement of Requirements. 

Preparation of Quotations: You are requested to quote for the Services by completing, signing, and returning: 1. Tender Submission Sheet. 

2. The quotation should be accompanied by 

• Letter addressed to SACOLA chairperson with the tender cost. 
• Company Registration certificate confirming that you are engaged in greenhouse 
• construction/installation and valorization trading in Rwanda 
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate issued by RRA. 
• RSSB certificate 
• Being ready for construction and installation of greenhouse system within 90 days after signation of contract 
• At least 1 years of experience in green house construction and valorization 
• Certificate of completion of at least 2 similar project in Rwanda 
• Qualified technicians in greenhouse construction and management (at least 3 technicians) 
• Use of EBM for payment 
• Confirmation of site visit 
• Confirmation of payment of 20,000 Frw for tender documents on SACOLA account number of: 00052- 00332965-36/BK 
• Validity of Quotations: The quotation validity required is 15 days. 

Submission deadline: 12th June 2026, at 17:00 p.m 

Date of site visit: 8th June 2026 at 10:00 a.m from SACOLA Office, Musanze District, Kinigi sector
