2. Tender document can be obtained from (14/08/ 2026) at RYAF office located at MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo, Kigali City upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of none-refundable amount of ten thousand Rwanda Franc (10,000 Frw) on account N0 4490365160 (RYAF revenues) open in BPR bank

4. Opening of bids in a public session will take place at RYAF Office, MINAGRI premises, Kacyiru, Gasabo District on 21/08/ 2026 at 10:30 am local time

5. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Internal RYAF Procurement Procedures.
