JOB DETAILS:

  Job Responsibilities:
• Process payments according to public accounting procedures;
• Prepare invoices for service provided to clients;
• Record institute’s financial transactions in the books of accounts on daily basis ;
• Liaise with the Director of Finance on budget planning, reconciliations and overspends;
• Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly, yearly or other period they are needed;
• Ensure that financial reports are timely submitted to the Ministry of Finance and to Auditor General’s office;
• Ensure safe keeping of financial documents(invoices and their supporting documents);
• Do the recovery of receivables from institute’s debtors;
• Do tax declaration to RRA;
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Director of Finance

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC(ACCA, CPA etc) is an added advantage
