JOB DETAILS:

Accountant at Gatsibo District

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep and update the books of accounts for the Sector.
• Record budgetary expenditures and file all supporting documents related to financial operations.
• Verify that disbursements align with the Sector’s priorities and comply with financial procedures.
• Perform periodic bank account reconciliations.
• Manage and replenish petty cash for the Sector while ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (0 years of relevant experience required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (0 years of relevant experience required)
• Bachelor’s in Management with specialization in Finance/Accounting (0 years of relevant experience required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management with specialization in Finance/Accounting OR a Professional Qualification recognized by IFAC (ACCA, CPA, etc.) (0 years of relevant experience required)
