1. What you will do in practical training:

• Field data collection using GPS devices 
• Basic land surveying exercises 
• Creating and updating digital maps 
• Working with GIS softwares 
• Satellite image interpretation 
• Land use and land cover mapping 
• Real project-based assignments 
• Report writing and data presentation

3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• National ID or Student ID
• CV (optional for students)
• Short motivation notes

4. TRAINING DURATION & SCHEDULE

The training program is completed within 1 month (30 days)

Training Schedule:

Weekdays (Monday – Friday):

6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

5. TRAINING FEES

>. Total training fee for the program is 120,000 RWF

Payment Terms:

• Fees are paid before the start of training, or
• Payments may be made in two approved instalments.

The fee covers:

• Field practice
• Training materials
• GIS software access
• Professional certification

6. SPECIAL BENEFITS FOR EXCELLENT STUDENTS

Students who perform exceptionally well may receive:

8. REGISTRATION PROCESS

If you are interested, register now by completing our online registration form.

To confirm your registration, you are first required to pay 20,000 RWF to secure your place. This fee will be deducted from the total school fees of 120,000 RWF, meaning you will pay the remaining balance later.
