POSITION: CENTRAL RECOVERY OFFICER – HEAD OFFICE

Number of Positions: 2

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Head of Credit

Academic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Experience Requirements:Minimum three (3) year in recovery or credit

Key Responsibilities:Recover overdue loans; negotiate repayment plans; track delinquent accounts

KPIs:Recovery rate; reduction of non-performing loans

Required Skills:Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; emotional intelligence and patience

Added Advantage:having a driving license A category.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
