Client: Bella Flowers Ltd
• Bella Flowers Ltd (BFL) hereinafter called "Client" has funds towards the cost of the tender
for framework contract for hiring a company to provide customs clearance, freight forwarding and logistics services for a period of one-year renewable twice depending on the satisfaction of the Client The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
• Bella flowers Ltd now invites eligible Service providers to submit bids for the Framework Contact
for Hiring a company to provide Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services for A Period of One-Year Renewable Twice depending on the Satisfaction of the Client, as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
• The tender document may be obtained from Bella flowers procurement office or at
procurement@bellaflowers.rw  starting from 28 September 2021 during working hours upon presenting proof of payment of Ten Thousand Rwf 10,000 none refundable for tender document on account No 593412329210356 in BPR named Bella Flowers Ltd.
• All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security equals to Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six Point Sixty-Six (RWF 4.213,346.66) Rwandan Franes and will be submitted not later than 20 October 2021 at 10:00am Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the date at 10:30 am. Local time.
• The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline mentioned
