Creative Industries Liaison Specialist

Responsibilities or duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and organizations seeking information, guidance, and support within the cultural and creative industries ecosystem.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation, applications, and submissions required for permits, licenses, funding applications, and other regulatory approvals, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on available resources and opportunities in creative arts industries.
- Offer advice and recommendations on industry best practices, strategies for growth, and methods for enhancing creativity, innovation, and competitiveness within the cultural and creative sectors.
- Identify synergies and potential collaborations among stakeholders, facilitating introductions, partnerships and collaborative projects.
- Identify key challenges and barriers faced by stakeholders within the cultural and creative industries ecosystem by conducting needs assessments.
- Develop recommendations and solutions to address identified challenges collaborating with stakeholders, policymakers and industry experts.
- Prepare the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities and share them with the supervisor.
- Carry out any other assignment as requested by superiors.

- Assist in the preparation of documentation, applications, and submissions required for permits, licenses, funding applications, and other regulatory approvals, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on available resources and opportunities in creative arts industries.
