Responsibilities or duties

• Design, install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults and implement appropriate solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Monitor the performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Install and commission new machinery, equipment, motors, pumps, compressors, generators, and related systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur.
• Carry out equipment alignment, lubrication, adjustment, and component replacement.
• Supervise contractors and technicians during installation, maintenance, and repair activities., commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems and equipment. Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
