The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets at Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course, including various bars, restaurants, and lounges. The role requires a hands-on leader committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets
- Train and supervise F&B staff
- Ensure exceptional service and quality across all outlets
- Collaborate with kitchen teams for food preparation
- Manage inventory and control costs
Qualifications or requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of F&B service experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience needed:
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
