JOB DETAILS:
Job Description

• Develop, elaborate and implement annual audit plan.
  
• Ensure that the annual audit plan is approved by the audit committee of the institution and submitted to RP.
  
• Notify the audit plans to concerned units and/or departments.
  
• Conduct the review of financial statement of the institution.
  
• Review all payments completed in the institution for the period under review.
  
• Provide audit findings and recommendations to the units and/or departments being audited.
  
• Provide quarterly reports to the audit committee and RP.
  
• Assess the internal control system of the institution and make recommendations.
  
• Monitor and followup the implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.
  
• Facilitate the collaboration between the institution and external audits.
  
• Perform any other tasks assigned by her/his supervisor
  Job Profile
  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Management with specialization in Finance /
  Accounting
  Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
  
• Detailed knowledge of financial and Audit Standards, HR & Financial regulations,Procedures
  and Financial software;
  
• Planning Skill;
  
• High Analytical skills;
  
• Report writing and presentation skills.
  
• Time management skills;
  
• Excellent problem
  
• solving skills and clear logical thinking;
  
• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French.
