EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PEER REVIEW OF JORC – COMPLIANT COMPETENT PERSON’S REPORT AND RESOURCE & RESERVE STATEMENT AND DEFINITIVE FEASIBILITY STUDY (DFS) AT TRINITY NYAKABINGO MINE LTD

Trinity Nyakabingo Mine is seeking for a qualified and local Rwandan service provider to undertake an independent Peer Review of JORC-Compliant Competent Person's Report (CPR) and accompanying Mineral Resource and Reserve Statement (RR Statement) prepared and compilation and authorship of a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for the Nyakabingo Tungsten Mine in Rwanda.

Phase 1:Scope of Work for the Peer Review of CPR – JORC:

The scope of the peer review work includes but not limited to the following:

  • A comprehensive review of the Competent Person’s Report (CPR) and the Resource and Reserve Statement (RR Statement) prepared in accordance with the JORC Code (2012 Edition).
  • Evaluation of the geological models, estimation methodologies, classification, and reporting of Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
  • Assessment of compliance with the JORC Code and industry best practices.
  • Identification of any gaps, risks, or areas of improvement in the report or underlying technical work.
  • Delivery of a written peer review report summarizing findings, professional opinion, and any recommendations for enhancement or clarification.
  • Adhering to environmental and social safeguards
  • Ensuring worker safety on-site

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

  • Be recognized Competent Persons as defined by the JORC Code (2012 Edition).
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in mineral resource and ore reserve estimation and reporting.
  • Possess a solid track record of working on peer reviews or audits of JORC-compliant resource/reserve statements.
  • Be registered with, or eligible for registration with, a recognized professional organization (e.g., AusIMM, SAIMM, etc.).
  • Demonstrate prior experience with tungsten or similar vein-hosted deposits is an advantage but not mandatory.

Phase 2: Scope of Work for the compilation and authorship of a Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS):

The scope of work includes but not limited to the following:

  • Compile a comprehensive DFS using existing technical studies and documentation already completed across the following domains:
    • Mineral Processing and Metallurgy
    • Mining (including geotechnical, design, and scheduling)
    • Infrastructure (power, water, access, etc.)
    • Environmental and Social Impact
    • Community Development and Engagement
    • Labor and Human Resources
  • Identify and execute any supplementary work or studies necessary to address gaps or enhance the technical and economic robustness of the DFS.
  • Ensure integration of all study components into a single, cohesive, and professionally authored DFS document that meets international standards (e.g., JORC-aligned technical disclosure where appropriate).
  • Collaborate with Trinity’s technical teams and relevant third-party consultants to ensure the DFS reflects both operational realities and strategic development goals.

Eligibility and Competency Requirements

Interested parties must:

  • Be legally registered and operating in Rwanda.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in compiling DFS-level studies for mining operations.
  • Possess multidisciplinary engineering expertise and project management capabilities.
  • Have a track record of working with or coordinating multiple specialist inputs.

All interested parties should submit an Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

  • Application Cover Letter introducing your Company/Individual expressing interest, availability, and a brief business and experience profile including qualifications and experience.
  • CVs of proposed personnel demonstrating JORC Competent Person status.
  • Key personnel CVs for Peer Review & DFS work
  • Summary of qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Indicative timeframe and approach.
  • Details of at least three similar projects undertaken in the last five years.
  • Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB.
  • VAT Registration.
  • Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA

Submission to be forwarded to tender@trinity-metals.com  by not later than 30thJuly 2025 at 11:00AM Local time.

Expressions of Interest received after 11:00AM on 30thJuly 2025. will unfortunately not be considered.

Further discussion will be undertaken with selected respondents to prove the competence of the bidder and thereafter an invitation to tender will be provided to the bidder.
