Job Purpose
The Property Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall management, performance, and profitability of Brilliant Tower. The role focuses on achieving 100% occupancy, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall property operations; establish and optimize management systems and processes; implement annual operational and leasing plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy; Identify, attract, and secure high-quality tenants.
- Prepare and manage project budgets; Monitor income, expenses, and profitability performance, ensure revenue and profit targets are achieved.
- Team recruitment& training, and performance evaluation to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit monthly operational reports, analyzing key performance indicators.
- Liaise with government authorities and public utility providers to maintain strong external relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Property Management, civil engineer, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing large commercial properties: Large building properties towers, malls, Plazas with leasing experience; familiar with leasing processes and team management.
- Basic real estate management and financial knowledge; ability to interpret operational reports; strong cost-control awareness with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to use English as professional a working language.
