ISCO Security wishes to sell its ten plots of land,
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8510 with 523 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8518 with 322 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8517 with 356 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8513 with 409 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8514 with 363 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8515 with 414 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8516 with 409 sqm
• UPI: 1/02/09/02/8509 with 332 sqm
• UPI:1/02/09/02/8511 with 402 sqm

All plots are located in Kigali City, Gasabo District, Kimironko sector, Kibagabaga cell, Nyirabwana Village.
• The site visit is scheduled on Wednesday 27th /10/2021 and Thursday 28th/10/2021 at 2pm – 5pm.
• The auction will be conducted publicly on Friday 29th /10/2021 at 10:30 am at the above said location.
• The successful bidder will pay immediately by cash or certified cheque.
NB:
• The management of ISCO Security Ltd reserves the right to decline any offer that is deemed lower than the actual value of land (plot).
• The bidder has the right to bid for one or all the auctioned plots.
