We seek a reliable medical insurance provider to safeguard the health and well-being of our valued employees and their dependents through a mutually beneficial partnership.

Below, you'll find the details on our family sizes for quoting purposes. Our preferred coverage is fund management medical coverage, and we’ve also included additional information regarding our expectations

Coverage Details:

1. Local Cover for the following members with Patient Contribution: 10% co-pay and fund management cover for outpatient.

Technical Specifications:

1. Contract Duration: The insurance contract is expected to cover one (1) year.
2. Currency: Premium fees should be quoted in Rwandan Francs and should include all applicable taxes.
3. Validity: The quotation provided should remain valid for a minimum of 30 days.
4. Non-Binding: Please note that this Request for Financial Proposal document is not a commitment to award the contract.
5. Language: All communication should be in English.

Our primary objective is to secure the most advantageous offer available in the market. The evaluation process will prioritise both the quality of the proposal and its cost-effectiveness.

Notification of Tender Award:

The proposal that scores highest according to our procurement manual's evaluation criteria will be selected for the award. Please note that all submitted prices will undergo a thorough review and negotiation to ensure a fair and reasonable contract price. Only insurance providers who secure the most favourable contract terms will be notified and contacted.
