TITLE:  Skilled and Experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OBGYN)

World Vision International is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs. 

World Vision International (Rwanda) is looking for a skilled and experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join our team for a maternal health research study. The consultant will play an important role in an intervention trial that will be based in Nyagatare District, conducted by World Vision, University of Rwanda, and University of Florida. The consultant will be based at 1-2 health centers in Karangazi sector, and expected to be present there 2-3 days each week, and occasionally on call for remote support. The study will last at least 1 year.  Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.   

Instructions to bidders: 

1. All interested candidate ca shall express their interest on this EOI latest on 5^th March 2024 at 00 am (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. An e-mail will be sent to all interested candidates through WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 5^th March 2024.
