Supply And Installation Of 1000 KVA Diesel Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and OPD Tender At King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 15/G/NCB/2025-2026/KFHR. 

1. King FAISAL Hospital Rwanda, (hereinafter called ‘’Client” funded by its own revenues towards the cost of Supply and installation of 1000 KVA Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and OPD , The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. King FAISAL Hospital Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the supply of Supply and installation of 1000 KVA Powered Generator for Main Hospital Building and OPD as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements;

3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. 

4. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 8,000,000 duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
5. The compulsory site visit is scheduled on 16/12/2025 at KFH.R, Rwanda from 11:00 to 12:00 am and departure for visiting is fixed KFH, R at Procurement Office.

6. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda.
7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time, on December 23rd , 2025. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. 

8. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on December 23rd , 2025..
9. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
