Supply Of Pharmacy Fridges, Medical Pharmacy Refrigerators, Pharmaceutical Fridge Thermometers, Wall-Mounted Thermometer & Hygrometers Tender at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 21/G/NCB/2025- 2026 /KFH,R

1. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’funded by its budget towards the cost of Supply of Pharmacy Fridges, Medical Pharmacy Refrigerators, Pharmaceutical Fridge Thermometers, Wall-Mounted Thermometer & Hygrometers at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda Client intends to apply portion of the funds to eligible payments under the frame work contract for supply of Cartridges.
2. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the Supply of the above-mentioned equipment, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements;
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. 
4. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 1,500,000 Rwf duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. 
5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda. 
6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm March 16th, 2026. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on March 16th, 2026. 
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
