RECRUITMENT NOTICE
To support its development and strengthen its teams, ATLANTIQUE MICROFINANCE Rwanda Plc is recruiting : Development agents.
General Description:
Handling operations related to the institution's products and services.
Main tasks:
Conducting prospecting and sales follow-up
- Conducts field visits to prospect for new clients according to the breakdown and schedule established by the point-of-sale manager;
- Prepares a report on the prospecting activities carried out in the field;
- Proposes and presents AMIFA's range of products and services to customers, along with the corresponding sales pitch.
Take charge of the microcredit process
Credit application processing
- Conducts training sessions for clients (basic, continuing, financial education, etc.) and prepares the related reports;
- Evaluates the loan application (individual and group interviews, information gathering and signing of the framework);
- Ensures that credit files are validated by the Branch Manager;
- Performs data entry at the business application level, ensuring data reliability;
- Provides contractual documents to clients and offers the necessary explanations;
- Conducts customer visits (before unlocking, after unlocking and follow-up) and prepares the corresponding reports;
- Ensures that the credit file is properly maintained and filed.
Refund
- Retrieves the "due date" statements from the Head of Agency;
- Performs cross-checking of the amounts of outstanding payments with the balances of all customer accounts;
Recovery of unpaid and written-off debts
- Recover from the initial incidents;
- To proceed with the recovery of unpaid and written-off debts within its portfolio;
- Carry out the recovery actions assigned by the Head of Agency and those within the framework of the recovery committees;
- Prepare a report on the progress of recovery actions;
- Ensure the client's file is updated following the actions taken.
Participate in the loyalty process
- To offer customers suitable products and services;
- Follow up with clients whose credit is about to expire, according to the action plan implemented by the Branch Manager;
- Investigate the reasons for non-renewal of departing customers and proceed to win them back by implementing an appropriate strategy.
Supporting and raising awareness among clients
- Being available to answer customer questions and meet their expectations;
- Conducting site visits to support and monitor the implementation of clients' projects;
- Raising awareness among clients about the importance of respecting repayment deadlines.
- Visit clients and propose credit arrangement and restructuring solutions;
- Facilitate customer awareness and information sessions regarding new products and services.
To market and manage operations related to savings products and financial services
- Communicating about savings products and financial services to the target population (customers and non-customers);
- To process customer registration on the information system when opening savings accounts and to issue the PIN code for their customers' payment cards, and to submit the files to the Branch Manager
Marketing other Atlantic Microfinance products
- To solicit clients and present the products and services of Micro Finance offered by Atlantique Microfinance and to use the corresponding sales pitch;
- Handle customer subscription requests;
- To proceed with the formalization of contracts for clients;
- To take charge of monitoring operations for its clients.
Desired profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Management or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in microfinance or the banking sector.
- And must be able to speak and write fluent French, English and Kinyarwanda.
- Good understanding of banking operations and financial products/services.
- Good understanding of banking systems
- Proficiency in various technological tools;
- Integrity, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good managerial skills
