Submission Procedure

Interested bidders shall contact this number: +250 781 440 117 in advance to schedule a site visit. A maximum of two(2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit.
Soft copies of the quotations must be submitted the bids must be submitted to procurement@kepler.org not later than, Friday, March 3, 2023 at 5:00 PM Kigali Time. Late bids will be rejected.
Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
