Data Manager A1/Ao at Muhanga District (MUHANGA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Bio-Medical Statistics strategy aligned with the Health Center's strategic plan.
- Ensure data security and integrity across all statistical operations.
- Provide accurate patient and research data to authorized personnel.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities within the statistics service.
- Establish guidelines and methodologies for data collection and analysis.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify significant trends and relationships in data sources.
- Evaluate statistical methods to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Supervise and train staff involved in data collection and tabulation.
- Present statistical findings through reports, graphs, charts, and tables.
- Consolidate statistical reports from various Health Center departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain database accuracy.
- Contribute to the development of statistical policies and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, interpret, and produce health statistics for the Health Center.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
