JOB DETAILS:

Land Valuation Officer and Karongi District.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise land valuation exercises and ensure expropriation is done in strict compliance with applicable laws, policies and regulations;
• Monitor and approve activities pertaining to valuation of land;
• Provide technical advice to the institution regarding the process of land expropriation for public use;
• Maintain an updated database of any land property expropriated by the District.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (0 Year of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Geography (0 Year of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management (0 Year of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Land Management (0 Year of relevant experience)
• Bachelor's Degree in Land Valuation (0 Year of relevant experience)
