This serves as notification to all vendors that Chemonics Soma Umenye LLC (implementer of Soma Umenye) will close its operations in Rwanda this November 2021.  Vendors with outstanding payments are required to submit their invoices.

Vendors are requested to include the name of their company as it is commonly referred to in the subject of the email and attach all written documentation regarding the procurement, including, but not limited to purchase order, ordering email, lodging lists, delivery notes, etc. The deadline to receive invoices or claim for payment is November 12, 2021.
