Preamble
Rwanda Women’s Network (RWN) is a non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion and improvement of the socio-economic welfare of women in Rwanda through enhancing their efforts to meet their basic needs. Rwanda Women’s Network mission is delivered through five key focus areas; Health Care and Support, Gender Based Violence Response and Prevention, Socioeconomic empowerment, Education and Knowledge Sharing and Governance and Leadership. RWN’s main office is currently located in Kagugu, Kigali.

RWN seeks to engage different suppliers for different items as per the specifications below: Bidders are encouraged to respond with their best price initially, as there will not be an opportunity to submit revised bids. All offers should be on a fixed price basis and should be submitted by Email: rwawnet@rwanda1.rw

SUPPLY OF BRANDED (Safari style) jackets

SUPPLY OF Branded solar rechargeable torches

Note: Samples of the above mentioned items are available at Rwanda Women’s Network Office located at KG 504 Street, Kagugu, Gasabo District, Kigali. All bidders must personally present themselves to that location to see the quality desired by RWN before submitting their bids.

TERMS OF AWARDS

The outcome of the selection shall be notified to the bidders through email and thereafter the successful bidder shall be invited for contract negotiation and signing.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

SUBMIT ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS
• Copy of Business Registration Certificate allowing the company to supply the above items.
• Copy of valid tax clearance certificate.
• Valid social security fund clearance certificate.
• TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Submit a catalog or photo of each item to be supplied for comparison.
• Specify the delivery time in Business days for the total quantity ordered after approval of the sample.
• Bidding companies shall include information regarding their experience in the business, customer lists, proof of supplying similar goods such as copies of contracts, certificates of supply completion – At least 3 references from reputable organizations.
• FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Description of item, specifications, price per unit, and total price in Rwanda Francs.
• The bidder shall propose a reasonable cost estimate. The registered company shall be entirely responsible for all taxes.

NOTE: The awarding will be based on the best offer both (Technically and financially) on each Item submitted.
