BPR Bank Rwanda Plc wishes to invite interested companies for the Supply and Installation of Integrated Security System and Access Control Systems for the entire BPR Bank Rwanda Plc branch network. This RFP is offered on an open tender basis. TENDER N° 19/01/2023/BPR/PRC: Supply and Installation of Integrated Security System and Access Control System to all BPR Bank branches and outlets Network

Interested and eligible Companies are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR PLC Headquarters not later than Wednesday, 1st November 2023 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time in BPR PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR Bank Rwanda Plc Head Office on the 9th Floor in Procurement Office during working hours, starting from 19th October 2023, 9:00 AM to 5:00PM after depositing a non-refundable fee of Rwf 20,000 deposited on a BPR Bank Rwanda Plc. A/C No. 4410012665.
