The Agahozo-Shalom Youth Village (ASYV) is looking to hire a mission and vision-focused, strategic, and process-minded leader with experience leading a senior management team and developing an efficient performance culture among a diverse group of talented individuals.
The Chief Operating Officer’s (COO) role is to help the ASYV deliver measurable, cost-effective results in line with its mission and strategic plan. She/he will oversee all internal operations and establish efficient systems and processes to ensure the organization’s improved productivity. The COO should demonstrate a passion for breaking new grounds to lead within an organization, which focuses on youth empowerment and resiliency.. .
