• Knowledge of Rwanda FDA’s mandate and strategy as well as national priorities and strategies in relevant sectors,
• Knowledge of drafting Action Plans and Operational Plans;
• Knowledge to conduct policy and analysis and draft proposals;
• Knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation concepts, systems and tools;
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team building, problem solving, conflict resolution, consensus building;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to communicate with clarity and defend institutional priorities;
