DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with Care International Rwanda and its implementing partners are implementing the five years’ program Supporting and Enhancing Resilient and Viable Employment Opportunities (SERVE) Project. This program is funded by MasterCard Foundation through the partnership of Care International and focuses on build a resilient, sustainable, gender equitable, and inclusive entrepreneurial environment that increases dignified and fulfilling work opportunities for predominantly female youth in agricultural value chains in 10 districts across Rwanda : Rulindo and Gakenke in in Northern Province; Kayonza, Rwamagana, Ngoma, and Kirehe in Eastern Province; Nyamagabe, and Huye in Southern Province; and Nyabihu and Rubavu in Western Province.   

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms for a tender to install 7 chili collection centers in different districts as detailed in the table below:

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions:

1. Being legally registered as Company authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB Certificate)
2. Having a strong experience to supply and install required greenhouses by 3 certificates of good completion
3. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): a copy of invoice submitted in the past;
4. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
5. A copy of valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB
6. The bidder must prove in writing a capacity to Being able to complete the construction works within 20 calendar days starting from the date of contract signing 

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotations) shall include all taxes and transport. 

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Thursday 30^th November 2023 at 03:00PM

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 03:30PM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
